Touch-Control USB Table Lamp with Cold Warm Dimmable Light for Bedside and Desk Use

This USB-powered table lamp offers a practical lighting solution for spaces where access to a mains socket is limited or where a clutter-free setup is preferred. Its core feature is the touch-sensing control that allows you to switch seamlessly between a brighter cold white light and a softer warm white light, as well as adjust the overall brightness to suit different tasks or moods. With a compact European-style design built from alloy, it provides a stable and contemporary light source that can sit neatly on a bedside table, desk, or shelf. The 60W specification and inclusion of a data cable mean it is ready to use straight from a USB power port, making it a versatile choice for bedrooms, home offices, or any indoor area needing adjustable illumination.

Features and Construction

The lamp is designed around user convenience and flexible placement, combining touch technology with USB power delivery. Its construction focuses on providing reliable operation in a compact form factor suitable for various indoor settings.

Material and Build

The lamp's housing and base are made from alloy, which gives the product a solid feel and helps keep it steady on surfaces like wooden bedside tables or laminated desks. This material choice contributes to the lamp's durability in everyday use without adding excessive weight, making it easy to reposition if needed. The European-style aesthetic offers a clean, simple look that blends with many interior decors, from modern minimalist to more traditional settings.

Size and Practical Fit

Two size options are available: a primary compact size measuring 35cm in height, 15cm in width, and 25cm in depth, and a larger alternative measuring 35cm x 35cm x 48cm. The smaller size is particularly suited to cramped bedside tables or crowded desk spaces, while the larger version may offer a more substantial presence or a different light dispersion. The dimensions ensure the lamp does not occupy excessive surface area, leaving room for other essentials like books, clocks, or stationery.

Uses and Placement

Its USB power capability and adjustable light settings make this lamp suitable for a range of scenarios, from focused task lighting to creating ambient background light in a room.

Event or Professional Use

For temporary setups such as exhibition stands, hotel rooms, or conference side tables, the USB power means it can be run from a portable power bank or laptop, avoiding the need for extension leads or searching for spare wall sockets. The touch control allows quick adjustment of light colour and intensity to match the atmosphere required, whether for highlighting materials under a bright cold light or providing softer warm lighting for guest areas.

Everyday Home Use

At home, the lamp serves as a practical bedside light for reading before sleep, with the warm light setting being less harsh on the eyes late at night. On a desk or home office workstation, the cold light provides clearer illumination for reading documents or working on detailed tasks. The ability to dim the light helps reduce screen glare or create a relaxed environment when not engaged in focused work.

Benefits and Buying Value

The value of this product lies in its combination of convenient touch control, flexible power sourcing, and adaptable light output, all within a compact and sturdily built unit.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

Being USB-powered, the lamp can be used with any standard USB power source, including existing phone chargers, computer ports, or portable batteries, maximising its usability across different locations and over time. The touch-sensitive switch (model Wytd0116) is designed for repeated use without mechanical wear associated with physical buttons. The alloy construction requires only occasional dusting to maintain its appearance, with no complex care routines needed.

Why Choose This Product

This lamp addresses the need for adjustable lighting in spaces where installing fixed lighting or using bulky traditional lamps is impractical. The touch control for both colour temperature and brightness provides a level of customisation often found in more expensive mains-powered lamps, while the USB operation offers genuine placement freedom. The availability of two size options allows you to select the best fit for your specific surface, and the inclusion of the necessary data cable means it is ready to use immediately upon receipt.
